How to Book

Villas Valenciana offers private villas with pools, in the towns of Moraira and Javea, on Spain's Costa Blanca.

Use the menu bar on the left to navigate around the site. If you're currently just browsing, then have a look at the villas, organised by category; for example, villas with private pools with three bedrooms. Clicking on the button in the menu bar will take you to a list of villas with short descriptions, and clicking on a photo or villa name will take you to a full desciprtion of the villa, with further photos.

Checking availability

Within each category, together with a photo and summary of the properties, you will find availabilty shown for the period from April to September. Weeks which are available are marked in green, and those which are booked are marked in red. Dates shown are Saturdays. When you find a villa you like the look of, and which is shown as available for your dates, click on the photo or villa name to view full details and a photo.

If you already know when you want to travel, and in particular if you're looking for a villa in the school holidays, then we'd suggest you begin by looking at availability. This will avoid you wasting time looking at villas which are already booked.

The availability is updated at least once a week. However, since the last internet update, we may have taken some bookings, or have a villa on hold. Therefore, we'd recommend you find two or three alternatives, and then contact us to confirm availability.

Either send us an email, to info@VillasValenciana.com, or call us on 01727 758108, and we'll be able to confirm the availability of your chosen villa(s).

For availability for the period October to March, please contact us by phone or email, as not all of our villas are available outside the summer period, snce some are winter homes to their English owners. Outside the summer season, we can be flexible on arrival and departure days.

Making a booking:

When you find the villa you like, available for your dates, then you are ready to make a booking, so email info@VillasValenciana.com, or call 01727 758108. We'll need to know your name, address, phone number and email, the names (and ages if under 18) of your party, and your flight details if you have them.

We'll put the villa on hold for you, and send you a booking form, to be signed and returned to us, with a 25% deposit, payable by cheque (we cannot accept payment by credit card). Once we receive your signed booking form and deposit, we'll confirm your reservation. We'll hold villas for 48 hours, and if we don't hear from you, we'll release the hold.

Alternatively, use our online villa reservation form, and fill in your details online. We'll contact you to arrange payment of the 25% deposit, and once this is received, we'll confirm your reservation.

The 75% balance is due 12 weeks prior to your arrival, payable by cheque. When we receive the balance, we'll send you final confirmation of your booking, together with a map, directions to the villa, key collection details, contact details of the local villa manager, and other information.

A refundable keys/damage deposit is also payable, which will be returned to you following your holiday, subject to safe return of all keys and no damage.
