Villa Picasso is a modern-style villa, with wonderful panoramic sea views across the marina towards Calpe, the Peñon d'Ifach and the Sierra Bernia mountains in the distance. Laid out on one level, the villa has large living/dining-room, opening onto a large terrace/balcony with comfortable seating and sea views, four bedrooms (one double and three twins), two wet rooms (one shower/bath, one shower), and separate kitchen. Steps lead down from the terrace to the private swimming pool and pool terrace. The villa is set among pine trees on a large plot, with two garden terraces, two pergolas, and there is ample space for sunbathing, dining, and relaxing in the sun or shade.
Location:
Villa Picasso is located approximately halfway between El Portet and Moraira. It overlooks the marina and the newly constructed seafront walkway from its position in the exclusive residential area of Pla del Mar. Both the sandy Blue Flag beach of El Portet, and the village centre of Moraira, with its shops, bars, restaurants and sandy beach, are a pleasant ten-to-fifteen minute walk.
Other Information:
Villa Picasso is comfortably furnished and fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, digital satellite TV (with news and other programmes in English), DVD player and sound system accommodating CD, MP3, cassettes and radio. In summer, air-conditioning in the living-room and master bedroom is available (at a supplementary cost of £60 per week). Both bathrooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard. The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, and there is parking for two cars in the street. Please note that a short flight of steps leads down from the road level to the villa, and there is another short flight of steps leading down from the villa to the pool area. Bed linen and hand/shower towels are provided, and changed weekly, but please bring your own beach/bath towels.
